The exact scope of work will always be agreed upon before the project begins.
Every project begins with a quotation or proposal outlining:
A project is considered accepted once the client provides written approval and, where applicable, the required deposit has been received.
Any additional work requested after project approval may require a revised quotation.
All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) unless otherwise agreed.
Projects with a total value of €100 or less are generally payable upon completion before final files are delivered.
Projects exceeding €100 require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins.
The remaining balance must be paid before the final files are delivered.

Every project is different, and delivery times depend on the complexity and scope of the work.

Estimated delivery times are always discussed before work begins.
Delays caused by missing content, late feedback or additional revision requests may affect the final delivery date.
To ensure an efficient workflow, clients agree to provide:
Radibor Design cannot be held responsible for project delays caused by incomplete information or delayed communication.
Most projects include up to two rounds of revisions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A revision refers to reasonable adjustments made to an existing design concept.
New concepts, major layout changes or changes to the original project brief may be considered additional work and may be quoted separately.
Unless otherwise agreed, final design projects may include:
Editable source files (such as Adobe Illustrator .AI files) are not included by default.
Source files are available only upon prior agreement and may be subject to an additional licensing fee.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved design is transferred to the client.
Unused concepts, rejected proposals, preliminary sketches and working files remain the exclusive intellectual property of Radibor Design.
No ownership rights are transferred until the project has been paid in full.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Radibor Design reserves the right to display completed work in:

Radibor Design prepares professional print-ready artwork.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all final files before printing.
Radibor Design is not responsible for printing errors resulting from:

Creative subscription plans provide ongoing design support according to the selected monthly plan.

Radibor Design may use AI-assisted tools as part of the creative process to improve efficiency, generate ideas or explore visual directions.
All final deliverables are personally reviewed, refined and prepared by Radibor Design before being delivered to the client.
AI-generated content is never delivered without professional review and creative input.
Radibor Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or delivered materials.
Our total liability shall never exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.
