Quotations &amp; Project Approval<\/h1><p data-start=\"1698\" data-end=\"1758\">Every project begins with a quotation or proposal outlining:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1760\" data-end=\"1835\"><li data-section-id=\"11wbo53\" data-start=\"1760\" data-end=\"1775\">Project scope<\/li><li data-section-id=\"qog56c\" data-start=\"1776\" data-end=\"1790\">Deliverables<\/li><li data-section-id=\"rodt41\" data-start=\"1791\" data-end=\"1811\">Estimated timeline<\/li><li data-section-id=\"174vkzp\" data-start=\"1812\" data-end=\"1819\">Price<\/li><li data-section-id=\"10hz6b3\" data-start=\"1820\" data-end=\"1835\">Payment terms<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1837\" data-end=\"1974\">A project is considered accepted once the client provides written approval and, where applicable, the required deposit has been received.<\/p><p data-start=\"1976\" data-end=\"2061\">Any additional work requested after project approval may require a revised quotation.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2063\" data-end=\"2066\" \/><h1 data-section-id=\"1gj33ig\" data-start=\"2068\" data-end=\"2090\">4. Pricing &amp; Payment<\/h1><p data-start=\"2092\" data-end=\"2156\">All prices are quoted in <strong data-start=\"2117\" data-end=\"2131\">Euro (EUR)<\/strong> unless otherwise agreed.<\/p><h3 data-section-id=\"1x9i1i7\" data-start=\"2158\" data-end=\"2176\">Small Projects<\/h3><p data-start=\"2178\" data-end=\"2297\">Projects with a total value of <strong data-start=\"2209\" data-end=\"2225\">\u20ac100 or less<\/strong> are generally payable upon completion before final files are delivered.<\/p><h3 data-section-id=\"lx7zjj\" data-start=\"2299\" data-end=\"2318\">Larger Projects<\/h3><p data-start=\"2320\" data-end=\"2408\">Projects exceeding <strong data-start=\"2339\" data-end=\"2347\">\u20ac100<\/strong> require a <strong data-start=\"2358\" data-end=\"2388\">50% non-refundable deposit<\/strong> before work begins.<\/p><p data-start=\"2410\" data-end=\"2482\">The remaining balance must be paid before the final files are delivered.<\/p><p data-start=\"2484\" data-end=\"2527\">Accepted payment methods currently include:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2529\" data-end=\"2544\"><li data-section-id=\"50jkyt\" data-start=\"2529\" data-end=\"2544\">Bank Transfer<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2546\" data-end=\"2666\">Additional payment methods such as Stripe, Revolut or other online payment providers may become available in the future.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2668\" data-end=\"2671\" \/><h1 data-section-id=\"13to3z4\" data-start=\"2673\" data-end=\"2695\">5. Project Timelines<\/h1><p data-start=\"2697\" data-end=\"2791\">Every project is different, and delivery times depend on the complexity and scope of the work.<\/p><p data-start=\"2793\" data-end=\"2816\">As a general guideline:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2818\" data-end=\"3133\"><li data-section-id=\"i1bt1k\" data-start=\"2818\" data-end=\"2928\">Small design projects such as posters, flyers or social media graphics typically take <strong data-start=\"2906\" data-end=\"2927\">3\u20137 business days<\/strong>.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1sva3s1\" data-start=\"2929\" data-end=\"2992\">Logo design projects generally require <strong data-start=\"2970\" data-end=\"2991\">4\u20138 business days<\/strong>.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1sdsr35\" data-start=\"2993\" data-end=\"3133\">Larger projects such as brand identity systems, catalogues, packaging collections or website projects may require <strong data-start=\"3109\" data-end=\"3132\">2\u20136 weeks or longer<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3135\" data-end=\"3200\">Estimated delivery times are always discussed before work begins.<\/p><p data-start=\"3202\" data-end=\"3317\">Delays caused by missing content, late feedback or additional revision requests may affect the final delivery date.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3319\" data-end=\"3322\" \/><h1 data-section-id=\"6bdj9p\" data-start=\"3324\" data-end=\"3352\">6. Client Responsibilities<\/h1><p data-start=\"3354\" data-end=\"3412\">To ensure an efficient workflow, clients agree to provide:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3414\" data-end=\"3580\"><li data-section-id=\"13luu13\" data-start=\"3414\" data-end=\"3444\">Accurate project information<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1ru3bbp\" data-start=\"3445\" data-end=\"3468\">Required text content<\/li><li data-section-id=\"73wa6p\" data-start=\"3469\" data-end=\"3516\">Logos, images or other assets (if applicable)<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1oeqosh\" data-start=\"3517\" data-end=\"3534\">Timely feedback<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1kt52gm\" data-start=\"3535\" data-end=\"3580\">Approval of final artwork before production<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3582\" data-end=\"3701\">Radibor Design cannot be held responsible for project delays caused by incomplete information or delayed communication.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3703\" data-end=\"3706\" \/><h1 data-section-id=\"fxg8wv\" data-start=\"3708\" data-end=\"3722\">7. Revisions<\/h1><p data-start=\"3724\" data-end=\"3816\">Most projects include <strong data-start=\"3746\" data-end=\"3779\">up to two rounds of revisions<\/strong>, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p><p data-start=\"3818\" data-end=\"3897\">A revision refers to reasonable adjustments made to an existing design concept.<\/p><p data-start=\"3899\" data-end=\"4038\">New concepts, major layout changes or changes to the original project brief may be considered additional work and may be quoted separately.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4040\" data-end=\"4043\" \/><h1 data-section-id=\"mnvlho\" data-start=\"4045\" data-end=\"4062\">8. Deliverables<\/h1><p data-start=\"4064\" data-end=\"4123\">Unless otherwise agreed, final design projects may include:<\/p><ul data-start=\"4125\" data-end=\"4155\"><li data-section-id=\"1o4oj5\" data-start=\"4125\" data-end=\"4130\">PNG<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1j3x1n4\" data-start=\"4131\" data-end=\"4137\">JPEG<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1o4osa\" data-start=\"4138\" data-end=\"4143\">PDF<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1o4qui\" data-start=\"4144\" data-end=\"4149\">SVG<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1o4izy\" data-start=\"4150\" data-end=\"4155\">EPS<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"4157\" data-end=\"4253\">Editable source files (such as Adobe Illustrator <strong data-start=\"4206\" data-end=\"4213\">.AI<\/strong> files) are <strong data-start=\"4225\" data-end=\"4252\">not included by default<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"4255\" data-end=\"4358\">Source files are available only upon prior agreement and may be subject to an additional licensing fee.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4360\" data-end=\"4363\" \/><h1 data-section-id=\"1bvfc2y\" data-start=\"4365\" data-end=\"4391\">9. Intellectual Property<\/h1><p data-start=\"4393\" data-end=\"4484\">Upon full payment, ownership of the <strong data-start=\"4429\" data-end=\"4454\">final approved design<\/strong> is transferred to the client.<\/p><p data-start=\"4486\" data-end=\"4623\">Unused concepts, rejected proposals, preliminary sketches and working files remain the exclusive intellectual property of Radibor Design.<\/p><p data-start=\"4625\" data-end=\"4701\">No ownership rights are transferred until the project has been paid in full.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4703\" data-end=\"4706\" \/><h1 data-section-id=\"uc7yww\" data-start=\"4708\" data-end=\"4730\">10. Print Production<\/h1><p data-start=\"5027\" data-end=\"5084\">Radibor Design prepares professional print-ready artwork.<\/p><p data-start=\"5086\" data-end=\"5170\">Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all final files before printing.<\/p><p data-start=\"5172\" data-end=\"5241\">Radibor Design is not responsible for printing errors resulting from:<\/p><ul data-start=\"5243\" data-end=\"5352\"><li data-section-id=\"1vwnf5\" data-start=\"5243\" data-end=\"5268\">Client-approved artwork<\/li><li data-section-id=\"vcjupd\" data-start=\"5269\" data-end=\"5287\">Printer mistakes<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1fqp535\" data-start=\"5288\" data-end=\"5352\">Incorrect print settings chosen by third-party print providers<\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"5354\" data-end=\"5357\" \/><h1 data-section-id=\"yyn0dy\" data-start=\"5359\" data-end=\"5381\">12. Website Projects<\/h1><p data-start=\"5383\" data-end=\"5483\">Where applicable, website projects include only the services specifically outlined in the quotation.<\/p><p data-start=\"5485\" data-end=\"5509\">Unless otherwise stated:<\/p><ul data-start=\"5511\" data-end=\"5634\"><li data-section-id=\"14co2y9\" data-start=\"5511\" data-end=\"5537\">Hosting is not included.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1g0qfgg\" data-start=\"5538\" data-end=\"5576\">Domain registration is not included.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"yma66t\" data-start=\"5577\" data-end=\"5634\">Premium plugins are purchased separately by the client.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"5636\" data-end=\"5690\">Future maintenance services may be offered separately.<\/p><hr data-start=\"5692\" data-end=\"5695\" \/><h1 data-section-id=\"ip0so7\" data-start=\"5697\" data-end=\"5724\">13. Subscription Services<\/h1><p data-start=\"5726\" data-end=\"5824\">Creative subscription plans provide ongoing design support according to the selected monthly plan.<\/p><p data-start=\"5826\" data-end=\"5850\">Unless otherwise agreed:<\/p><ul data-start=\"5852\" data-end=\"6100\"><li data-section-id=\"sjxi3l\" data-start=\"5852\" data-end=\"5923\">Monthly hours may only be used during the active subscription period.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1kqqux2\" data-start=\"5924\" data-end=\"5983\">Any rollover hours are subject to the subscription terms.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1q9gg99\" data-start=\"5984\" data-end=\"6030\">Subscription payments are billed in advance.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"x3z9en\" data-start=\"6031\" data-end=\"6100\">Additional work beyond the included hours may be billed separately.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"6102\" data-end=\"6209\">Specific subscription details are outlined on the Subscription page or in the individual service agreement.<\/p><hr data-start=\"6211\" data-end=\"6214\" \/><h1 data-section-id=\"1bbnlrr\" data-start=\"6216\" data-end=\"6250\">14. Artificial Intelligence (AI)<\/h1><p data-start=\"6252\" data-end=\"6392\">Radibor Design may use AI-assisted tools as part of the creative process to improve efficiency, generate ideas or explore visual directions.<\/p><p data-start=\"6394\" data-end=\"6518\">All final deliverables are personally reviewed, refined and prepared by Radibor Design before being delivered to the client.<\/p><p data-start=\"6520\" data-end=\"6607\">AI-generated content is never delivered without professional review and creative input.<\/p><hr data-start=\"6609\" data-end=\"6612\" \/><h1 data-section-id=\"1uljrqi\" data-start=\"6614\" data-end=\"6643\">15. Limitation of Liability<\/h1><p data-start=\"6645\" data-end=\"6796\">Radibor Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or delivered materials.<\/p><p data-start=\"6798\" data-end=\"6884\">Our total liability shall never exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.<\/p><hr data-start=\"6886\" data-end=\"6889\" \/><h1 data-section-id=\"hfr0tz\" data-start=\"6891\" data-end=\"6908\">16. Quotations &amp; Project Approval Every project begins with a quotation or proposal outlining: Project scope Deliverables Estimated timeline Price Payment terms A project is considered accepted once the client provides written approval and, where applicable, the required deposit has been received. Any additional work requested after project approval may require a revised quotation. 4. Pricing &amp; Payment All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) unless otherwise agreed. Small Projects Projects with a total value of \u20ac100 or less are generally payable upon completion before final files are delivered. Larger Projects Projects exceeding \u20ac100 require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid before the final files are delivered. Accepted payment methods currently include: Bank Transfer Additional payment methods such as Stripe, Revolut or other online payment providers may become available in the future. 5. Project Timelines Every project is different, and delivery times depend on the complexity and scope of the work. As a general guideline: Small design projects such as posters, flyers or social media graphics typically take 3\u20137 business days. Logo design projects generally require 4\u20138 business days. Larger projects such as brand identity systems, catalogues, packaging collections or website projects may require 2\u20136 weeks or longer. Estimated delivery times are always discussed before work begins. Delays caused by missing content, late feedback or additional revision requests may affect the final delivery date. 6. Client Responsibilities To ensure an efficient workflow, clients agree to provide: Accurate project information Required text content Logos, images or other assets (if applicable) Timely feedback Approval of final artwork before production Radibor Design cannot be held responsible for project delays caused by incomplete information or delayed communication. 7. Revisions Most projects include up to two rounds of revisions, unless otherwise agreed in writing. A revision refers to reasonable adjustments made to an existing design concept. New concepts, major layout changes or changes to the original project brief may be considered additional work and may be quoted separately. 8. Deliverables Unless otherwise agreed, final design projects may include: PNG JPEG PDF SVG EPS Editable source files (such as Adobe Illustrator .AI files) are not included by default. Source files are available only upon prior agreement and may be subject to an additional licensing fee. 9. Intellectual Property Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved design is transferred to the client. Unused concepts, rejected proposals, preliminary sketches and working files remain the exclusive intellectual property of Radibor Design. No ownership rights are transferred until the project has been paid in full. 10. Portfolio Rights Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Radibor Design reserves the right to display completed work in: Our website Portfolio Social media Presentations Promotional materials If a project is confidential, clients should notify us before the project begins. 11. Print Production Radibor Design prepares professional print-ready artwork. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all final files before printing. Radibor Design is not responsible for printing errors resulting from: Client-approved artwork Printer mistakes Incorrect print settings chosen by third-party print providers 12. Website Projects Where applicable, website projects include only the services specifically outlined in the quotation. Unless otherwise stated: Hosting is not included. Domain registration is not included. Premium plugins are purchased separately by the client. Future maintenance services may be offered separately. 13. Subscription Services Creative subscription plans provide ongoing design support according to the selected monthly plan. Unless otherwise agreed: Monthly hours may only be used during the active subscription period. Any rollover hours are subject to the subscription terms. Subscription payments are billed in advance. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Radibor Design may use AI-assisted tools as part of the creative process to improve efficiency, generate ideas or explore visual directions. All final deliverables are personally reviewed, refined and prepared by Radibor Design before being delivered to the client. Limitation of Liability Radibor Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or delivered materials.
