At Radibor Design, every project is created specifically for each client. Because our services involve custom creative work, refunds are handled differently from physical products.<\/p>

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.<\/p>

1. Deposits<\/h1>

For projects requiring an upfront payment, all deposits are non-refundable<\/strong> once work has begun.<\/p>

Deposits reserve time in our schedule and cover research, planning and the initial creative process.<\/p>

2. Before Work Begins<\/h1>

If payment has been made but work has not yet started<\/strong>, a refund may be issued upon request.<\/p>

Any payment processing fees incurred during the transaction may be deducted from the refunded amount where applicable.<\/p>

3. Project Cancellation<\/h1>

Clients may cancel a project at any time.<\/p>

If work has already begun, the client will be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date.<\/p>

Any remaining balance may be refunded if applicable.<\/p>

4. Completed Projects<\/h1>

Due to the nature of custom creative services, completed design work is non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>

Once final files have been delivered, the project is considered complete.<\/p>

5. Revision Requests<\/h1>

A request for revisions does not qualify for a refund.<\/p>

Included revisions are intended to ensure the final design meets the agreed project requirements.<\/p>

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.<\/p>

6. Subscription Services<\/h1>

Subscription payments are billed in advance.<\/p>

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>

Unused hours are handled according to the active subscription plan.<\/p>

Cancellation will stop future billing but does not refund the current billing period.<\/p>

7. Exceptional Circumstances<\/h1>

If Radibor Design is unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, an appropriate partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed.<\/p>
