At Radibor Design, every project is created specifically for each client. Because our services involve custom creative work, refunds are handled differently from physical products.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.
For projects requiring an upfront payment, all deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
Deposits reserve time in our schedule and cover research, planning and the initial creative process.
If payment has been made but work has not yet started, a refund may be issued upon request.
Any payment processing fees incurred during the transaction may be deducted from the refunded amount where applicable.
Clients may cancel a project at any time.
If work has already begun, the client will be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
Any remaining balance may be refunded if applicable.
Due to the nature of custom creative services, completed design work is non-refundable.
Once final files have been delivered, the project is considered complete.
A request for revisions does not qualify for a refund.
Included revisions are intended to ensure the final design meets the agreed project requirements.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
Subscription payments are billed in advance.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.
Unused hours are handled according to the active subscription plan.
Cancellation will stop future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
If Radibor Design is unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, an appropriate partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed.
Each case will be assessed individually.
If you believe there has been an issue with your payment, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
